The Team
PulseChain was created by Richard Heart in response to ongoing limitations that have long prevented other cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin and Ethereum, from reaching widespread adoption.
Key developers are listed on the PulseChain GitLab page – but there are many others who have added significant value.
As an open-source protocol with no admin keys, PulseChain has no owner and is entirely led by the community itself.

Governance
PulseChain uses a governance model known as Proof of Stake (PoS), offering robust decentralization while minimizing the chain's environmental impact.
The chain is fully transparent, and proposed updates are implemented through a process of consensus–meaning the community has full control over how the chain continues to develop.
Future upgrades made to Ethereum can also be tailored to suit PulseChain, and implemented once approved by node operators.
